About appearance
You should keep clean your uniforms that you wear everyday.
[ Men ]
| Hair | To keep your hair always neat and tidy. Avoid hair coloring and long hair. |

| Clothes | To keep your uniforms clean. |
| Foot | Brush your shoes up when you come into buildings. Should not wear sandals. |

| Hair | To tie your hair if you have long hair, and to keep clean. Bangs should not cover your eyes. Avoid hair coloring. |

About business manners

- You should greet everyone with good smile. The good greetings makes your office happy.
- ２．To do things 5minuits eariler
- Do not be late to work. Everytime you should do things earlier. You have to be careful if you are always late, it is not good for relationship.
- ３．Honorific
- We use honorific for business in Japan. It is quite difficult for people who have not been in Japan long time, but to try to speak honorific is an important thing.
